Managing Director
What Is My Story?
My journey into hospitality first started in 1995 as a Food & Beverage Assistant at Bridgewood Manor hotel in Kent. But the world of hospitality was an intriguing allure, and so the next progression took me to the famous Brands Hatch racing circuit, where I dipped my toes further into the industry.
Conference and events have long been my passion, and with a growing skill set from high speed hospitality, I moved to Ashford International Hotel to managing bookings for the venue’s vast meeting rooms.
Moving on, I enjoyed being Sales Manager at the prestigious Addington Palace in Croydon for three years, which gave me fantastic exposure to organising both weddings and conferences, and even managing the venue as a filming location.
In 2008 I began my career with Hilton Worldwide. Being a part of the world leaders in hospitality gave me the most fantastic experience of property hotel sales as well as the ability to build long lasting relationships with my clients in an account management role.
In 2017 I launched Clearcut Venues. A dream of mine for many years, to manage my own venue finding agency. I’m incredibly lucky to live best of both world’s; building lasting relationships with our growing portfolio of clients and liaising on their behalf with venues all across the UK and even into Europe. I am very passionate about the service I provide to all who cross Clearcut’s path and with the addition of Iona to the Clearcut family we are very much looking forward to seeing what the next 3 years has in store for us!

What Is My Story?
Since my a-levels finished in August 2019 I have been propelled into this crazy events industry and can’t think of any other industry I would rather be in.
I have been a competitive dancer for the past 10 years and that’s truly where my love of events has come from. I have had the chance to dance in some of the best dance venues in the country; including the Winter Gardens and The Blackpool Tower Ballroom. And in 2017 I won a National Title in one of these venues. It always made me wonder why this venue? Why is this venue so special to people? And it because of the effect it hason dancers past and present, the atmosphere it brings to each and every one of the dancers that past through the famous curtains and onto the floor. And for someone who hasn’t been a competitive dancer they won’t understand it, the magic that these venues brings however it made me think that there must be venues around the globe that can give someone an amazing experience. This is what I want my clients to experience, no matter the event;there are venues out there that make people say WOW, and that’s how I decided I wanted to be a part of this amazing events industry.
I studied both Media and Business A-levels which only heightened my passion for events and is actually how I met Aimee. After 6 months of work experience here at Clearcut Venues, I am officially a Business Development Executive for the company and can’t wait to carry on my journey with Clearcut Venues.
